Lucie has been working with the team since 2016 and is responsible for providing HR guidance across the business. Her role is to develop and implement the people strategy for the team and she is responsible for training and development.
Before joining, she has had 20 years of HR leadership experience across the financial services sector, professional services, and in luxury goods.
Lucie has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Bristol and a Masters in Global Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University.
